All-on-4 Dental Implants
Full-Arch Restoration on Four Strategic Implants
What Is All-on-4 Dental Implant Treatment?
Replace a full arch with four implants and one continuous bridge.
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant protocol where four titanium implants are strategically placed — two vertical in the front, two angled in the back — to support a single continuous fixed bridge. It is a proven option for patients missing most or all teeth in an arch.
At Metro Dental in Lexington, MA, we offer All-on-4 alongside All-on-6 and our licensed 3-on-6™ protocol. At your consultation, Dr. Fedorenko or Dr. Ford walks you through all three — so you can choose what fits your case, your budget, and your long-term priorities.
Why Patients Choose All-on-4
- Fewer implants | Best option for very severe bone resorption cases where it becomes impossible to fit more implants.
- Same-day function | A temporary bridge often goes in the same day as surgery, so you leave with teeth.
- Works with less bone | Angled posterior implants often avoid the need for bone grafting or sinus lifts.
- Fixed, non-removable teeth | No adhesives, no nightly removal, no slipping — the bridge is screwed into the implants.
- Implant-focused care | Gum and bone health are managed in-house by Dr. Fedorenko and Dr. Ford from day one.
- Flexible financing | CareCredit + Proceed Finance + in-house installments for any scope.

Why All-on-4 Is a Better Solution for Full-Arch Restoration
Full arch on four implants
Replace an entire row of missing teeth with just four strategically placed titanium implants — two vertical in the front, two angled in the back — supporting one continuous fixed bridge. A proven full-arch protocol with an extensive clinical track record.
Often avoids bone grafting
Angled posterior implants are designed to use existing bone — many All-on-4 patients skip the sinus lifts and bone grafts that other protocols require, shortening the path to a new smile.
Same-day function in most cases
A temporary fixed bridge typically goes in the same day as surgery, so you leave with teeth you can smile and eat with while the implants integrate.
In-house from start to finish
Dr. Fedorenko and Dr. Ford handle implant placement, healing follow-ups, and final bridge delivery under one roof — no outside referrals, no doctor handoffs.

Answers About All-on-4 Implants
All-on-4 uses 4 implants and 1 continuous bridge. 3-on-6 uses 6 implants and 3 separable bridges. Metro Dental is a listed Massachusetts 3-on-6™ licensee, so we can walk you through both and recommend the right fit at consultation.
Pricing depends on bone condition and preparatory work. You receive a written estimate at consultation before any treatment begins. CareCredit and Proceed Finance are available.
In most cases yes — a temporary bridge is placed the same day. Final bridges are placed 3–6 months later after osseointegration.
Surgery is under local anesthesia with optional oral sedation. Post-op is typically managed with OTC pain relievers for 2–4 days.
With proper care, implants themselves often last 20+ years. The bridge on top may be maintained or replaced over that period.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Indemnity) and Delta Dental (Premier). For all other carriers we operate as a fee-for-service practice and submit claims on your behalf for any portion your plan covers; we do not participate with MassHealth. Most patients finance the remainder through CareCredit or Proceed Finance.
Once final bridges are placed and healing is complete, yes — All-on-4 restores near-natural chewing force.
Compare All-on-4 vs. 3-on-6 at Your Consultation
All-on-4 is the right choice for many patients. For others, our licensed 3-on-6™ protocol (with Limited Lifetime Lab Warranty) is a better long-term fit. Dr. Fedorenko or Dr. Ford reviews both at every full-arch consultation — so your decision is informed, not marketed.
