Planning Your First Visit
Submit the form above or call (617) 356-0860 during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 4 PM). We respond to every request within one business day and typically offer consultations within a week.
Photo ID, your dental insurance card (for claims submission), a list of current medications, and any prior X-rays or records from a previous dentist if you have them. We'll take new 3D imaging as part of the consultation regardless.
Most first visits run 60–90 minutes: full exam, CBCT 3D scan, photos, bite analysis, discussion of your goals, and a clear written treatment plan. You leave with an understanding of what's realistic, what isn't, and exactly what each phase costs.
We're a fee-for-service practice and are out-of-network with all insurance plans. We submit claims on your behalf for any portion your plan covers and provide itemized receipts. Most patients finance major work through CareCredit or Proceed Finance — details on our Payment Options page.
