With proper oral hygiene and routine check-ups, modern titanium implants often last 20+ years — and the crown on top can be replaced independently if needed. Periodontist-level placement and gum-health management are the biggest predictors of long-term success.
Every case is different — bone condition, number of implants, and whether you need preparatory work (bone graft, sinus lift) all affect the final estimate. You'll receive a written, itemized estimate at your consultation before any treatment begins. Financing is available via CareCredit (up to 24 months no-interest) and Proceed Finance (up to 120 months).
Implant coverage varies widely. Most plans cover portions of the crown or preparatory work but not the implant post. We're out-of-network with all insurance carriers (including MassHealth) and submit claims on your behalf for any covered portions. See our Payment Options page for financing details.
Implant placement is performed under local anesthesia — most patients report the procedure is easier than a tooth extraction. Post-op soreness is typically managed with OTC pain relievers for 1–3 days. Sedation options are available for anxious patients or complex cases.

All-on-4 replaces a full arch using 4 implants + 1 continuous bridge. 3-on-6™ replaces a full arch using 6 implants + 3 individual porcelain bridges — more support points, easier repair, and a limited lifetime guarantee. From consultation to final crown: typically 3–6 months for a single implant, depending on how long osseointegration (bone bonding) takes. Full-arch cases can often have a temporary bridge placed the same day as surgery, with final restorations 3–6 months later.
Often yes — with preparatory bone grafting or a sinus lift. Dr. Fedorenko's periodontist training makes these combined surgical + restorative cases a specialty of our practice. A CBCT 3D scan at your consultation shows exactly how much bone you have and what preparation (if any) is needed.

This doctor is exactly that. The free consultation lasted over an hour, not 10 minutes. X-rays were taken, and everything was clearly explained and shown to me: what treatment was needed, why, and what the underlying causes were. There was no rush and no pressure — just professionalism, attention, and genuine care. I am also very happy with the treatment itself. Highly recommended!
