It depends on the issue. Whitening addresses shade only. Invisalign corrects alignment but doesn't change shape or color. Veneers reshape and re-color together. At your consultation, Dr. Fedorenko reviews your teeth, bite, and goals and recommends the narrowest treatment that will achieve your result.
Sometimes yes — especially if you have active gum inflammation, deep pockets, or recession. A periodontist-led practice handles this as part of your overall plan rather than sending you to another office. Healthy gums are what makes cosmetic work last.
Costs vary by material, tooth count, and whether you need prep work (crowns or gum therapy first). You'll receive a written, itemized estimate at your consultation. CareCredit (up to 24 months no-interest) and Proceed Finance (longer terms) are both available.
Purely cosmetic treatments typically aren't covered. We submit claims on your behalf for any portions that qualify as medically necessary (e.g., a damaged tooth requiring a crown). See our Payment Options page for financing details.
10–20 years with proper care and routine check-ups. Porcelain is highly stain-resistant, so their color stays stable over time. Gum health is the biggest factor in longevity — another reason periodontist oversight matters.
For typical cases, Invisalign takes 6–18 months — comparable to traditional braces but more discreet. Severe orthodontic cases may still need braces; we'll be honest at your consultation if you're not an ideal Invisalign candidate.
Deep intrinsic stains (like tetracycline) often don't respond fully to professional whitening. Porcelain veneers are usually the better option — they cover the stain rather than trying to bleach it out.

This doctor is exactly that. The free consultation lasted over an hour, not 10 minutes. X-rays were taken, and everything was clearly explained and shown to me: what treatment was needed, why, and what the underlying causes were. There was no rush and no pressure — just professionalism, attention, and genuine care. I am also very happy with the treatment itself. Highly recommended!
